When I upload a GPX file from MMTracker to Strava it adds an hour to the start time.
The GPX file has the correct start time if I open it with notepad.
Any ideas how to sort this out
cheers
Same thing happened to my Suunto after the clocks changed.
I had to log out of the app and restart it to fix the problem.
Might help in this case.
Which app did you log out of?
I'm manually uploading my GPX
Your GPS tracking software is not recording in Universal Time (UTC). There is a small bit of software "localtime2utc" that someone called Emmanuele Rossi wrote a while back when it was noticed that Sports Tracker was doing the same. The link is here BUT unfortunately his link to the download site is no longer working.
I have the .exe file, and as far as I know it is freeware. I suppose I could email it to you? Just put your GPX in the same folder as the file "localtime2utc.exe". Run said file and it will convert all gpx files that it finds in the same folder.
Just emailed you Phil
