Hi all

Had my Giant Trance x 4 (2011) stolen from my house in Southampton over the weekend. For those who don’t know the model, its white with red and black detailing - also has a white saddle and grips. The bike hasn’t been modified that much apart from Nukeproof flat pedals and a black chainstay protector.

Although it’s a popular bike I ride locally often and I’ve never seen anyone with the same bike as me. If local’s could keep an eye out that would be very much appreciated.

Cheers

p.s sorry for starting another stolen bike thread but I’m absolutely gutted.

Stolen from your house? Did they break in specifically for the bike?
Gutted for you bud, I'll keep an eye out.

In response to a few of your questions;

I’m currently living back at my parents for a bit who live on the east side of the river Itchen. I’ve only been back there a few months and haven’t ridden it in two months. When I do ride it I never leave it out in public and always put it away asap. I’m not sure if they specifically targeted the bike.

It was taken from a locked garage in the back of a garden with 2 metre high fences and locked gates all around.

cheers

I've got one of them - about a year older - cracking bike, and I'm in Southampton too.

Have you checked any polytunnels recently?
