Morning All

Cellar broken into yesterday. Trek 29er Superfly has been stolen. Thomson finishing kit, white Flow rims on Pro 2 Evo, XTR chainset, superstar ergo grips, xl, 29er wheels, well used but this was to be the first post £250 service ride. Just someone else is doing it. Grrr.

If you see it about or on Gumtree please do let me know. On the bright side this time I am explaining to insurers that I have had a bike nicked, not broken the frame and there should be a new cellar door in it. On the downside the kids are not amused.

To cap it all someone nicked my wheelie bin this morning. Should this be telling me it's time to move?

Cheers

Paul

Im Manchester way so will keep an eye out.

Was the cellar door externally accessed or have they come through your house?

Do you have a pic that you could post up? I'm also local.

Out of interest what is the law if you see someone on the street with said-bike and try to take back?

On the wheelie bin- you didn't leave it outside your house for too long? If I leave a water bucket (from washing my bike) outside the front it gains a hole in the bottom. Happened twice nice.... I'm convinced its the strong Catholic OAP neighbour across the road who disapproves 😀

Thanks fellas - I am not at all sure I've got a photo. Damn and blast.

Oddly I am more upset by the wheelie bin. Now, where are those Bombers?

I'm in Didsbury so I'll keep my eyes open. Seen many a scrote on bikes which look far too good for them
