Clocked a silver Stumpy with non kashima Fox 32's and what I think was an X-fusion shock being ridden through Perivale, London by a scrote. The rear wheel was some cheapo affair that looked like it once had v-brakes by the silver marks it hadon it and the tyre looked like a halfords/raleigh special. Also the decals on the frame had been removed.
I'll keep a look out for him and make a note of his routine if anyones missing a similar bike.
