Absolute bastards! What do you mean the courier stole it? If that’s the case can’t they look at which person was doing your drop and then bring them in? They should be able to but I bet there’s some stupid law saying they can’t.....
Straight up walked off with it mate. Both myself and sender have phoned customer services, seems that handing out refund forms is commonplace.
You'd think it was that easy... i've been told they will 'look into' it. Next step will be phoning police tomorrow.
I should elaborate. Package was picked up. A week later tracking says it hasn't been dropped off at depot. MyHermes have tried to contact driver with no response. He could easily turn around and say, 'sorry, van was broken into'.
That's so disgusting sorry to hear that... Just can't believe how some people can be.
