Looking for a pair of all year SPD shoes for my Roadbike, Shimano XC8 or Fizik Terra 5 seem good, but are expensive. Giro Terraudro's are also nice and affordable, albeit a bit heavy and doesn't have boa.
Not for long walks so stiffness is more important than walking comfort.
Hate Velcro as a primary fastening mechanism but open to laces or ratchets.
Specialized cliplites? Got a pair and they fit all those things you want with maybe the price being the only sticking point. Paid about £80 for mine but I’ve not seen them that cheap in a fair while

I mean can walk in like can walk without sliding around on store tiles, so a SPD shoe with some rubber underneath, can be full carbon, but don't think you'll find that for under £100 anyhoo.

Any race XC shoe will do. SPD, stiff and can walk in as have tread so cleat does not touch the floor. Shimano XC7 is a good example.

Don't forget your velotoze for maximum aero-ness.
There's always the old trick of gluing a bit of old tyre to the sole of some road shoes to give them some grip. But you would still need cleat covers.
Fizik Terra X5 seems like the best deal to me as I'm looking for a cycling shoe you can walk in and not a walking shoe you can cycle in.
Gets glowing reviews, features durable TPU rubber, carbon composite shank, BOA L6, lightweight 282g/shoe, reasonably all-season compatible - anything better out there for £100 or less?

Depends how narrow your feet are. I fit into normal spesh/shimano/northwave MTB shoes and never had a problem with normal shoes and trainers. But even several sizes up Fizik were still narrow.
It's probably why you see so many of them >60% of, the returns rate must be astronomical.
Good point, I have fairly narrow feet so should be fine in the Fiziks, think I'd size up from 45.5 to 46 though.

I've these and they've lasted well, not race shoe stiff but stiff enough, comfy and fairly lightweight for what they are.

Seems like the Cylinder and Terra X5 are fairly similar and the choice comes down to fit, color and availability, albeit I've seen more positive reviews of the Terra's which can be had for around £100 now.

I'm a size 10 shoe. In mtb a 45 in shimano, lake and Scott.
I've tried northwave but they are either too small or too big.
The mtb fit very well but if anything on the smaller size. If you are an 11 I'd suggest the 45 wouldn't fit
