Are these easy to sort?

Never done it before, but will give it a go. Bike is 4 years old and i've never done anything to the headset, so i'd imagine there is not alot of grease in there, if any, as i can feel it sticking fairly often now when i do slight turns.

Anyhow, is it easy enough just to grease up the bearings? any special tools required? I suspect they need replace but i'm heading out tomorrow and want to quickly sort it tonight? Will a tube of lithium grease do the job as a quick fix?

gt avalache 07, cane creek headset.

Tbh, it doesn't take very long to stick a new headset in, though...
