I’m looking to get my wife a step through ebike, she suffers with quite a few illnesses at the age of 34. She has a selection of powered chairs which we have purchased for her bad days - but on her good days I thought it would be a good idea to get her a step through e bike as a surprise,, she doesn’t have to go far but can come on short rides with myself and the boys around the lanes

I’m only after something basic not too expensive as she would kill me :), any recommendations?

I might try renting one first to see if it suits

A friends mum has one from Evans. I can't remember what brand it was now offhand but it was about 1200 quid, has a nice low stepover. Really nice and she loves it. Not much help sorry, but they do have some nice ones.
