is there one that will fit my R7 cranks?

Why do you want a steel ring, for longevity? I'm not aware of any. If you're just looking for a good price [url= http://www.homebrewedcomponents.com/store.php/products/34t-aluminum-spiderless-chainring-for-middleburn-cranksets ]These[/url] are the only alternative spiderless ring I know of for middleburns, and seem quite reasonable.

One thing to take into consideration is that the HBC chainrings aren't dished like the Midddleburn ones are, so you might run into chainstay clearance or chainline problems.
On the other hand, they can be reversed/rotated to even out wear.
