Morning all, I'm just just about to start building up a Stanton Switchback. I'm pretty much set on all aspects of it apart from wheels.
The frame is green and I did have my heart set on the Mavic Crossmax Enduro, as I presumed it was going to be a top notch set at not too greater cost when ordering from Germany. But I have read so much about how poor the rear is and the constant upkeep of the hubs.
I'm now thinking of a Hope Pro 2 build with Nukeproof Generator AM rims. Admittedly it was the yellow colour that first made me have a look but at the discount price of the rims at the moment I can get the whole set made up for about £300. Has anybody got experience with the rims (I'm confident in the hubs) or indeed this wheel build?
Any help help much appreciated.
