Anyone tried them yet? Curious about the flow, mainly
Interested in the Flow as well for plus wheels - any idea when in stock?
They are/have been in stock in the UK for a while now. £75 per.
Just had mine built but not got to ride them yet. Put a butcher DH 2.5 on and I'm not sure its gonna fit in the frame as it's very close to the stays.
Look nice though and the wheel builder said they felt nice when building.
built up a pair of flows, real nice to work on.
on a short travel 29er, taken truly stupid lines through rock gardens, landed sideways real heavy, faultless so far.
nice and stiff, but from from carbon levels of harsh
the bead hook is almost a gesture, virtually non existent, virtually hookless with really low wall, imagining they'll be very hard to dent
The Arch looks ideal - sensible width, good weight & should be plenty strong enough for a bit of enduro & DH racing 🙂
If/when I break my XM1501 rims, I plan on replacing them with Arch's.
That said, they are already outlasting the average life of a carbon rim on my bike!
Arch might be a good replacement to my flow ex...
Should be able to save some weight without sacrificing much strength..
But then looking at the numbers only saves me 210g lol..but probably the way to go if your looking for a new wheel set.
Flow ex 530g, ID 25.5mm.
Arch MK3 425g, ID 26mm, max ride weight 104kg
Those weight limits have always been for their wheelsets in the past, rather than the rimes themselves, dunno if that's stil the case
