It's been a while since I've had my mountain bike out, months in fact. Anyway I used Stans sealant and since its been stored the tyres have obvs deflated. Can I just whack the air back in and get going again or must I reseal them?

You might get away with just reinflating them but, depending on how many months it's been, you may need to add some new sealant (the sealing crystals clump up after a while).

Chances are it's dried up or there will be so little in there it will be ineffective. I would pop some more in. You could just use a tyre leaver to open up a crack big enough to squirt it in or go through the valve it you have ones with a removable core. Should be a quick job and you are off!
