90% thru a ride yesterday and my Stages PM decided to stop sending any wattage or cadence info.
I've calibrated it and updated the firmware and still get nothing either thru the stages app or wahoo head unit - anyone got any ideas?

Mine did this, tried battery, calibration...battery, calibration...battery calibration, then just sent it back for a warranty replacement.
Never did find out what the problem was as a new one arrived a few days later.
They used to have a terrible rep for this sort of thing but do seem to have improved with the latest generation of meters, and a new battery door seal .
Sorry I can’t help any further.

Gah turning it off and on again seems to have fixed it for the moment (whipped the battery out)

I've had a number of stages over the past few years. All have been replaced under warranty for one reason or another. I currently have 2 Gen 3's and they both do this occasionally.

I've come to the conclusion that they're just not reliable. Stages customer service is good and they replace without question but it's a faff

Yeah both 4iiii PMs I've used have been 100% reliable I only ended up with the Stages G3 as it was the only one available for the Cannondale chainset...

So 4iiii over Stages then?

In the family bike collection we've 4iiii on 4 bikes and Stages on 1 and the Stages has stopped working twice in 6 months of use and the 4iiii have been 100% reliable in 18 months use
