As above when going over rough ground or jumping my chain seems to be going slack and coming off the chain ring even though the chain ring has a chain guide

Checked everything over and mech's jockey wheels move freely, chain is correct length, b screw is adjusted correctly, chain guide hasn't moved, nothing has been changed or adjusted and all was fine a few weeks ago

Could it be a worn clutch mechanism not keeping the cage from moving forwards over rough ground?

I know the mech's clutch cant be adjusted as its the 2.1 type clutch with the pin

Mech is only 11 months old but cant think what else could cause this issue

Worn chain / chain ring causes chain drop. I’d check those first

Is it clean? Mine was doing it last week. I'd forgotten to hose my bike down after previous week's muddy ride. Something must have been seizing up in the rear mech. I couldn't go 20 feet before the chain dropped. Hosed and brushed it clean, back to normal. Rare my bike stays dirty but never had that issue with Shimano. Most odd. Only a few months old. All good now.

Chain and chain ring are all ok (less than 300 miles, all ok on chain checker)

Drive train is always kept clean

Ive got a GX rear mech on my other bike, may have to swap them over and see if that cures it
