I can only find an impenetrable flow chart on the SRAM website.
Running 11-36 cassette, can I get away with a short cage?

I use a non type 2 short with a similar setup so it should be fine.

My type 2 is medium cage, but running a standard X9 short cage on my hard tail. Both on 11-36 cassette. Shouldn't be a problem with the Type 2.
