Anyone got any insight? Heard something about them having to release it within 9 months of using it in an UCI race, so by that measure it should be pretty soon I think.

Really? What if it wasn't ready? Doesn't sound like sram to rush something to market before ironing all the bugs out.

Should be ok as given the bike it'd be going on it won't be used in sub zero temperatures 🙂
