I recently bought a set of XO1 cranks s/h on Ebay.
Nothing included apart from both crank arms and spider/ring.
How important is the wavy washer and any other spacers or washers needed while putting these on?
Thanks,
Max

needed as they take up any play, the SRAM crank are done up tight to a stop, so the spacers are use depending on frame/bb types.
Where the shimano cranks you "preload" as you can take all the play out and over tighten the BB.

Good friendly LBS might have some old spacers/washer kicking about as they do come in handy now and then.

The wavy washer is important to take up the preload on the bearings, I think however it normally comes with the bb? you could use without but there maybe a little play in the axle.

The Wavy washer is pretty unimportant... well depends on the BB. Only pressfit ones use them, and they are only to hold the DS bearing cover on essentially - they aren't strong enough to do much more although they do help to maintain the centre of the cranks too. If you need one, a 24mm inner o-ring of the right size works as well. Depends on the BB what diameter/thickness you need though.

EDIT: So point being the washer comes with the BB.

Ahh,
I have seen that they are available through Wheels Manufacturing.
I will be buying a new bb as current one is Shimano.
Probably gonna go for a Hope though, mite come with it?
Mine is a PF92 if that's a help.
Thanks,
Max

if you go for the Hope, you'll need the GXP adapters too.
