Does anyone know what the turn around time is for sram tech at the moment?

Three weeks from receiving a broken reverb to sending me a new one last month.
That was through CRC, no idea if that made a difference in any way.

I'm fairly sure my mates one has BOS forks and shock.....
100% definite on the forks!
