I'll be running a SRAM shifter and mech and was going to run a SRAM cassette, however, CRC are doing the 10 speed XT cassette at a cracking price, would this combo work and would I be best using a Shimano chain?
I'm thinking it'll make no difference what cassette I'll be using but what do people think?

Correct. As long as the number of speeds is correct between mech/chain/cassette it'll work fine.

Cheers, that's what I thought. I'll just get a Shimano chain for better compatibility.
