Hi, New to the site and a relative newbie to building bikes so please bare with me.
Is a Rival 1 rear mech compatible with a 2x chainring?
Planet-x have supplied me with a 2x11 HDR groupset (with a rival 1 rear mech) and I cant set it up without the jockey wheels crashing into the cassette.
Wrong part or poor mechanic?

Not compatible, the Rival 1 only moves in a horizonal rather than diagonal plain like a normal mech, so is 1x only. Send it back.
