Now have three broken bikes in the workshop? Latest took some finding, looked like a twisted derailleur or hanger but all good there, not a mark on either and no known taps. An investigation found that one of the parallelogram pins has bent, no idea how!? It does mean the jockey wheels look out of line, cage touches spokes to get into first.
Does anyone know where we can find this part ? The SRAM web has no email contact address. Seems a shame to write off a derailleur for this..
