Uberbike Race Matrix.

Used to be Superstar Kevlar pads for me, but they've given up making (importing from China) pads (and grips).

I also use Uberbike Race Matrix pads. Better than the originals for me, just as strong and (mostly) squeal-free, hard-wearing, not expensive.

I have no idea if this is the correct thing to do but I occasionally get some fine (600 grade or finer) wet and dry sandpaper and damp sand the rotor to remove grime etc - I reckon that'll be fine.

IPA (not the beer 😁 ) will clean up rotors, and good for cleaning all kinds of stuff.

If there's no worn notch between the braking surface and the rotor arms then they'll be good. If there is, still may be life in them, just pads may have slightly further to go to grip. Given a lot of third party pads I find are a bit thick and I have to sand them down sometimes, maybe not much of a problem.

I tend to only replace rotors when I'm replacing brakes.

I assume you mean Isopropyl Alocohol, in which case I concur.
