A friend has snapped the bracket for the retaining pin off her rear calliper, which she says is Guide RE on a Kona HeiHei. We can't find the Guide RE calliper as everywhere is out of stock, but would the lever be compatible with any other Guide calliper or even the Code? I'm not sure you can buy the calliper separately anyway so might just have to get any SRAM rear brake, and that way we don't need to fiddle with bleeding
Full rear for sale at Tweeks and showing in stock. Our REs have a different hose attachment to our other Guides so it might be easier to buy the full brake at a discount

I just saw that, and also found it its a front not a rear she needs!
I think, looking at mine, it should still work, you will just need to shorten the hose a bit more or just swap out the caliper and keep the lever and hose for spares.

Or this would work if the lever can be used on the right side- I thought Sram are all ambidextrous - so could just be flipped??
Both sides of the bracket? I think with a bit of care you could bodge/fabricate something that would retain the pads using the remaining mount and something else. Has the inboard or outboard one snapped off?
Broke one on a service bike once, think the caliper had a back-order time of about 3 months (this was pre-covid too), so bit the bullet, and checked for a complete brake - in stock, and about £3 more than just the caliper.
Buy a brand new Avid caliper for £40 it's practically the same as Guide, same pad etc.
I don't think it is the same pad. The Guide RE pads have an indentation on bottom edge of the backing plate.

I think the RE uses the old style Code caliper and it's four pot. The pads are definitely different than the other Guide pads
