(Lets see if I can post an image....)

Hi all. New gravel frame is taking bits from my CX bike, which had 1 x 11 Force. So far, so good.

Except the new frame has integral routing, inc the hydraulics. And the port on the top tube for the hose is just too narrow to fit the SRAM connector through.

I'm thinking this implies chopping this connector off, but its crimped on, etc, and would probably need a new one fitted for a solid non-leaking connection. Does anyone know whether these can be bought or not?

thanks

Same with my recent Dura Ace. Had to remove the olive and barb and rethread through the frame and fit a new one.

You'll need to remove the connector from the other (caliper) end, and feed it through in the opposite direction, though you will then need to bleed it despite getting to keep the bleed-free connection.

Thanks coatesy- unfortunately not possible. This is the drop-bar hydro version, and has a big banjo bolt in the reservoir end thats even bigger than this connector. Thanks though, appreciated.
