Middle chainring on 3x10 sram x9 worn out

Any I'm looking at are around the 70 quid mark.

Anyone help?

Any four bolt 32T ring for a geared drivetrain will work- the longest lasting (and also cheapest) are Shimano Deore ones, about £10.

What's the bcd of those cranks? Some SRAM stuff is 104mm Shimano friendly, some isn't. If yours is, then yep it's about a tenner for deore/slx whatever ring. If it's a crazy 120mm ring or similar, a new crankset may become attractive...
