My rear SRAM Guide RS brake caliper has split where the pin sits holding the pads. I have a SRAM Level T caliper in perfect working order. Can I run a Level T caliper with a Guide RS lever?

Provided the fittings are compatible, it should work within reason depending on the bore ratios. It could be bang on, feel a bit soft, or a bit firm depending on how much bigger/smaller the caliper pistons are. (as an aside, it's almost as cheap to buy a complete system as it is to buy a caliper if you do need to replace it, and outside of the covid induced shortages, usually a stock item rather than special order from the importers).
