Replaced chain on my MTB, now the SRAM rear D is stuck in some weird mode - won't shift out of lowest gear/largest cog. Motor makes some noise when I turn it on (pressing the AXS button) and try to shift, but gives up and no shifting actually happens.
If it was Shimano I'd say it was stuck in crash mode.
Have done the usual: replaced batteries on shifter and rear D; reset both; re-paired both; both accepted a firmware update.
AXS app says the rear D is shifting gears when I go into micro-adjust mode (it shows the gear changes), but nothing is happening at the rear D.
Trying to get bike ready for the Puffer next weekend - any ideas much appreciated!
The bike has been sitting out a bit - either on top of the car or locked to a fence - over the holidays so suspect it may be rusted inside...

Try lubing the pivots on the parallelogram, and give it a bit of a helping hand to get it moving,it might just be seized up.
