Charger displaying blue light 👍

No other LEDs on 🤔

Battery not charging as far as I can see??

It was fine last charge (or so I thought) but the change only held for 2 rides and flat as a fart mid ride tonight!!

Anyone had this? I'll be into SRAM tech tomorrow

Check if any of the pogo pins have failed. It'll look something like this;

Clean the contacts on the battery with electrical contact cleaner.

Mine did this recently, cleaning the contacts sorted it

I know the issue is with the charger, the pic of my mech was for reference so you know what to look for...

Different charging cables used? Or a different plug? Mine works brilliantly if I use a phone charger plug and usb cable. If I use a 3 usb port plug and usb cable then it won't charge - even if it is the only thing plugged in to the 3-usb port plug.

Just asking as I had this problem and it was fixed by using a single usb plug.

Sounds like a duff battery then. I have one that I was convinced was fully charged but when I came to use it, a month or so later, it lasted 30 mins before giving a low battery warning. Virtually new battery with 2 charge cycles at most.

ah apologies, assumed it was an old battery.

They should replace under warranty without any issues.
