Sore thumbs and swearing alot makes me think maybe not...managed to reuse with a set of pin nose pliers. 9 speed versions used to go together by hand

i don't understand that "quick"link wording in 10speed as well.. as you need proper chain pliers to fit it. KMC gold quicklinks can actually be done by hands like the 9speed SRAM before.

for your question, I reuse mine loads of times.. no issues here.

Yes they are re-usable but no way will you do it by hand like the 8 and 9sp, you need the special pliers or some 'ingenuity'.
To remove without pliers get some lock wire and loop around the link and twist with normal pliers to tighten the wire, the link will pull together and unlock.

To lock without pliers, place in chain and spin chain so link is at the top of drive, get on bike, apply brakes and then stand on forward pedal and the link will lock from the pressure.
😉

Waterpump pliers work well for removing the SRAM 10 speed links - [url=

link[/url]. The official line is "not reusable" but I've had the same one on an off about 5 times with no issues yet.

Ive reused mine several times, just use the park tool pliers and they are easy to do.
