Could anyone on here make me a hollowtech 2 to square taper axle?
So I can use my Middleburn with external BB instead of internal?
I might buy your middleburn when you realise it can't be done as I've just gone back to square taper rather than external 🙂

And no mechanism to pre-load the bearings.
Just get a Phil Woods square taper BB? cheaper and better.
Just jump into the world of external BB's

and any modern crank you want. There are some very nice ones out there
Sounds horrendous. You'd have a really wide axle with a very abrupt step from 24mm round to go through the bearings to the square taper. As said no way to preload the bearings either.
I'll be blunt:
It won't work. Forget it.
Stick with one standard or another. There's not much wrong with HT2 or SQT, both have small disadvantages and big advantages.
