A thought sprang to mind while watching Kittel win on discs again earlier.
A sprinter puts huge power through their frames and wheels. With really big power going through, there's going to be flex, and that's going to lead to brake rub.
Are discs less susceptible to that brake rub? Logic would say so, I think.
