Going by the online calculator at prowheelbuilder.com, I need 271 & 272.5mm spoke lengths. The shop I buy from has 270, 272 or 274mm spokes.
should I just grab 32 272mm spokes? should I get 16 272's and 16 274's?
Help appreciated as always!

you should be ok with all 272's IMHO although some might disagree!! To make life easier compensate on initial lacing by winding nipples on to 271 spokes a little further.
