One of the nipples on my wheels has come undone and is rattling around in the rim cavity (WTB STs i29). The spoke looks alright, is this something I can fix at home or do I need a new nipple? The rims are set up for tubeless but are running tubes, I might get both wheels tightened, although the bike is newish.
time and patience and a cable tie to wiggle the sod out....
Will it be aluminium so a magnetic rendered useless?
Easiest way to remove the nipple is to put the wheel in a wheel stand or fork, spin the wheel and tap the rim as it's going round - they bounce out quite easily.
Unusual for a nipple to come all the way off but assuming it's ok then refitting shouldnt be that much of a problem. If the rim is still tru them just tighten the nipple until the spoke makes the same sound as those on the same side and adjacent to it when plucked with a fingernail.

As above. It's a PITA. You'll need to remove the tyre and any tubeless tape. Get a cup of tea and start shaking it around. Either that or find a friend who enjoys puzzle games.
It'll come out the valve hole, but you'll need to trim the tape around the hole with a sharp knife. Best done in a stand / pair of forks to get the nipple to rest in the hole and poke / fish it out with a cable tie / spoke. For one nipple to work free would suggest that overall spoke tension is too low and probably get the wheel retensioned.
Ignore it, get another nipple (2p from a shop, 10p if they're ripping you off). Centripetal force means it doesn't rattle when your actually riding (unlike a loose spoke).
What weeksy said. If new enough, the seller should retension wheels FOC IMO.

I've got a free service with the shop, it's just not worth the tank of fuel to get there, when I can get the wheel re tensioned for b£8
How does the quote system work?
You now have to end the quote again like the old forum.
I would get the nipple out and re-tension the wheel yourself using your bike and a cable tie as a makeshift truing stand. A bit more time consuming but good practice. The wheel will definitely be out of true or need proper truing when you tighten up the spokes. You need to know how to true a wheel properly including how to deal with spoke twist and lubricate properly. There is a good online book I used.
