Building a front wheel for tandem using 32 spoke hub and rim but want to use the toughest spokes available, spoke holes are 2.3mm so assume I can't use Sapim strong? Any other recommendations?

Alpines are 2.34mm at the head so presumably won't fit in the hub if the holes are only 2.3mm?

You’d have been better having 36 normal DB spokes rather than 32 thicker ones.
