[Closed] Specialized Shoe Broken - any back up after 18 months?

2010 Pro Carbon MTB shoe - plastic moulding around the upper strap has broken.

Can't find any contact details to go direct to Specialized so have contacted the retailer JE James.

I appreciate it's been a while, but they haven’t been used a great deal as they are my summer shoes and we seems to have skipped summer this year.

Heard good things about Specialized warranty support - am I going to get anywhere with this?

From memory, all the straps/plastic bits/ratchets are available as spares. If you mean the bit that the strap bolts on to that is 'set' into the shoe, I'm not so sure.

It's a square shaped plastic piece stitched into the shoe around the fixed end of the top strap.

Had loads of good experiences with Spesh, my bet will be they will replace
