Hi.
I'm trying to fit a tapered fork to a 2013/14 rockhopper, which originally came with a suntour XCM.
The headtube is definitely for a tapered fork, but specialized use an adapter cup to take it from tapered to 1 1/8th. Not a crown reducer like you might think, the Crown race and bearing are both for 1 1/8 the fork.
Thought it might just be a case of buying a ZS56 lower and it'd be fine, but after searching to try to confirm, it may be a campy standard ZS49..but then, may not.
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks
Ok, sorted it. The ZS49 standard is for 1.5 internal 1 1/8th. These have tapered headtubes so ZS56.
