It is almost a shame that stans didn't go for the jugular with the big s coming out with such hypocrisy as

Specialized then filed a counter claim, arguing the patent should be invalidated.

I mean its not as if stans patented a centuries old suspension design, the name of a European bike race they had no connection to or the word ****.

Huh, it was reported Specialized had settled out of court on this years ago. Good for Stans though

Made me smile when I read about this.

Stan's is a genuinely innovative company that has thrived by providing products that actually improve our riding experience.

Spesh are one of the worst exponents of marketing BS and proprietry component bollocks - before you even get to their aggressive legal dept.

Representatives from both brands made it clear that they’re not interested in pursuing frivolous lawsuits

Specialized's history would suggest otherwise!

I believe the most recent hearing saw a judge deny their appeal over the decision in Stan's favour last year, so possibly not!
