Mine has bust. The bit that goes through the hub and holds the bearings. Longest of very long shots but does anyone know what hub was used. Suspect it was a Formula but not which one. Also suspect that slinging a new hub in may be easier but you never know.

Try claiming on warranty if they are Rovals

Bugger. 2018. Model? Thought Levo was it.  Not an expert. This was bought from a mate who had just had a new motor fitted to be used as a commuter for the days when lots of clothing was needed and accompanying my wife on her ebike.

Roval's lifetime warranty only started to be applied in the UK, with the 2023 model IIRC, and that's on the top end models, not the base wheelsets. I know the lower end 2022 models came with Bear Pawls hubs, which are very poor (left me pushing up FOD, after driving 50miles), so I'd suggest just getting anything would be better option.

If your set on trying to find the specific model, go through the specialized forum on emtbforum, they have mega threads relating to the specific versions/models. Being an older model, means you'll need to dig it out.

If its a 2018 is it a Mk 1 running 650b + wheels on 2.8 tyres. If so they will be wide rims or has it been fitted with 29 wheels.

Seems you not alone, though this thread mainly relate to Gen 2 wheelset, but looks like the same issue & maybe the same hub? https://www.emtbforums.com/threads/turbo-levo-rear-wheel-axle-sheared.21595/

That link has a lot. Cheers. Still inclined to replace the hub although I did find a "Bontrager" one that looks the same.

Probably right. You could pick up a decent DT Swiss one from Ebay with the right spoke count for not alot of money
