i need to buy a 2011 demo 8 lower shock mount/link, and the same for a 2011 enduro expert. (enduro one is a clamshell 2 piece affair that fits around the lower shock eye, demo part is a single piece part that the shock bolts into)
i have tried calling a lbs, to no avail. i have also tried calling a couple of the spesh superstore thingys, but no-one will answer the phone.
Anyone able to help? Know anyone/ an lbs that is good and will answer the phone?
I got some spares from the birmingham concept store (new lever for a command post). the guy that answered was super helpful and ordered, then posted the part to me all in about 48 hours. Did you try them yet?
I also tried JE James, who huffed and puffed a bit, sounded disinterested and then never got back to me, pretty shoddy as they had sold me the bike

You should try pearce cycles in Ludlow. They're really good with specialized stuff.
A specialized dealer should be able to get them from Spesh UK. When I snapped my enduro they got straight onto them (while I was in the shop) and got an answer there and then (Keswick Mountain Bikes)
