I wonder if anyone could help me out:

As title, can anyone tell me what freehub is in there and then I can find a service video or instructions. I phone Apesh concept store and I only got a Spesh product code and they said it would be £60.

Can this freehub be serviced or do I need a new one?

The chsin goes slack when back pedaling and the freehub is causing the problem.

Any help appreciated 🙏

Ells

Whilst the higher-end Spesh Roval wheels use DT hub internals these look like basic OEM ones that I think are made by Formula.

Spares could be a bit of a challenge I'm afraid.

You might just need to clean the pawls and relube.

Hard to find detail on it - but if they are axis wheels then it sounds like they have a 3 pawl freehub. Could either be gunked up pawls or a bearing issue. I think you need to try and get the freehub off - but it’s anyone’s guess how it’s held on. Could just be the end cap friction holding it in place, or like Hope with the seal being rigid and holding it into the hub. Or there could be an Allen key fitting in the end of the axle / something to unscrew.

If you can get it off and read the bearing covers inside the freehub then you could probably just order up the individual bearings.

If it's just a case of cleaning/lubing the pawls I found mine could be removed from the wheel by just pushing the axle through, removing the axle, cassette and freehub in one lump giving access to the business end of the freehub. No need to remove it from the axle or remove the cassette. Of course if you need to do the bearings that needs further dismantling.

I find freehubs pretty easy to service, there's not much too them. Working out how to get them off is 95% of the difficulty. My Vision wheels had an 'unserviceable' free hub, which I managed to strip very easily and replaced all the bearings.

Have you tried Specialized Rider Care either online or by calling? They might at least be able to tell you what you’re dealing with. As above - servicing once you have it off is likely to be quite straightforward with a cheap bearing puller/press. I serviced an XT Microspline freehub with relative ease including the bit that has “do not disassemble” stamped on it! 🤣

Im pretty sure i saw an axis set of wheels of a diverge in the community workshop.

I think the freehub was allen bolt holding it on and it appeared unserviceable. A new one was about £45 online.
