Hi,
The expanding collet has broken on my dropper post. I'm ordering the part from my local dealer. Any idea on how to carry out the repair? I dont really want to pay a shop to do it as I do most repairs myself.

Use a heat gun to break the loctite bond, then 2 small pin spanners to get it off. Plenty of advice on old threads and vids too.
