I noticed recently that my Command post would not lock into the lowest setting but would click into place in the middle and fully extended settings. I stripped the post down to find a broken section of the collet at the bottom of the post (Hence it not dropping fully). I put it back together again and regressed everything. The same thing happened this weekend again... This time another section sheared off, making that two pieces altogether. I have tried looking for a spare part and contacted Specialized UK but still no joyjoy. Does anyone on here have a spare or knows where I could get my hands on one? Thanks guys.
This was a moderately common issue with early posts aiui. Not heard if it happening to anyone recently. I'm sure specialized will help you out. Maybe you need to try them again and hope for someone more helpful
It's a 2015 one and been ok until now so waiting patiently for the big S to get back to me.
