just get some beats buds. I have never seen speakers in a helmet and they would also be heavy*. The buds are good because they stay put very well but any in ear headphones will do it.

* I say heavy but really mean just too heavy to want to ride with them in your helmet.

I know they do bluetooth headphones in snowbaord helmets, and wondered if there were any kits for MTB

Modifying one of these:

Or these:

Will do the trick. Both are light

I've used them in my full face for rallying but they are obviously there for a different purpose - range is very mid focused for voices and a car on gravel is much louder than a bit of wind noise. Generally it's just easier to use proper buds or get custom fit one for your ears if you want a better sound.

Integrated would obviously mean cutting up your lining

I've got a ski helmet with speakers built in, they weigh next to nothing and sound really good.

I only use them on lifts though as I can't seem to focus very well if I use them while actually skiing.

I've still got a Mace DJ helmet with some built in speakers embedded by the temples, there's a 3.5mm socket positioned at the back of your neck.

TBH the speakers are shit and one stopped working after a while, but it only cost a quid more than the version without so I thought I'd try them out...

When they were working they did at least mean I could still hear my surroundings with a sort of tinny backing track, nice idea, not actually sure i'd want it in a FF though, plus I think others can faintly hear your music, and I felt a bit anti-social imposing my dodgy musical tastes on other trail users.

The new Bell FF helmet has some sort of facility for speakers apparently, it doesn't get released till next month though.

You can get headphones for the right snowboard/ski helmets. I love them, though my helmet does have a pocket around the ears to put the speakers in.

You could try a tunebug. Effectively it turns your helmet into a speaker.
Never seen or heard one in use but looks interesting.

i like to ride with tunes, but a full face will always rip the buds out your ears. so, i bought a pair of bluetooth headphones off ebay for £15 and fitted them into my helmet. worked a charm, perfect connectivity to my phone and ipod, absolutely NO extra weight noticed AT ALL! (whats left in my lid weighs a 15-30 grams?)

here is how i did it;
