You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I'm currently rocking the Shimano DX shoes, as i do a lot of DH days, but i've decided that it'll be nice to have two pairs of riding shoes. Anyone got any recommendations?
What i'm looking for is a more trail shoe, suited to riding all day, so they need to be light(ish) with good ventilation. But most important comfy!
I'd prefer to stick with Shimano, as i have 3x pairs of their shoes, 2 pairs of RD87 shoes and the shimano DX, and i know the size i need, and the fit is right. But what do you think?
If i don't stay with Shimano, what else is good? Prefer to spend about £80 max, and if the fit is similar to Shimano, then it's worth considering. (I will try on before i buy if they're not shimano, as i have a handful of really good mtb shops local ish to my house (Within 20 mi, but all are over a 25 min drive away)
I'd stick with the new DXs tbh - I use them for commuting/XC/DH a great shoe. How about one white pair and one black!
If not, have you tried any of the specialized shoes? Like these.
