I've just set up my first tubeless tyre (yes, I know I'm a bit behind on that!) and it's a 29+, 3 inch wide tyre. Being the cautious type I was planning on carrying a spare tube. Can I get away with a normal size 29er inner tube and assume it'll stretch up big enough, or do I need to carry something bigger? If so where can I find 29+ tubes?
Cheers
I just carry a normal 29er tube, only had to use it once and it was fine. Didn't keep it in for any length of time though, just to finish the ride and to get me back.
29 tube will be fine
Thanks for the replies. That's good news because I've got a standard 29 rear tyre so I don't need to carry different tubes.
Cheers
