You'll get tons of recommendations.

I've only been with one - Ciclo Montana. They have a great reputation for good reason.

Excellent riding, excellent accomodation, excellent people. Annoyed that I couldn't make it this year.....

Another vote for Ciclo Montana. And do the Granada trip if you get the chance. Awesome! 😀

I've ridden in the Sierra Nevada in Feb in a couple of inches of snow - it was good, but mucho better in the the other seasons.

There's quite a lot going down on the coast throughout Winter, much of it DH orientated, but don't let that put you off as it's not all crazy madness, but you will need some skills (and a full face helmet 😀 )

Ciclo Montana for me. For the reasons that Yetiman mentioned.

Crispedwheel I like it! I would avoid Sierra Cycling personally.

Another vote for Freeride Spain - great riding, nice accomodation. They'll cater the holidays pretty much to whatever you want.

Always a chance of rain anywhere in Europe in February but the best chance of warm sunny rides would be in the South of Spain. We are based on the coast which is always much less cold than inland where it often snows!

Stunning singletrack rides with plenty of bus uplift during the day & fantastic après-bike on the coast at night.

We are north west of Malaga near Ronda. Lots of variety around here and we ride in all sorts of different places.
