Probably going to carry on past Cwmcarn to Afan or Glynccorwg . Now there's been a lot of changes which trail(s) would be best to ride ? Want around 20 odd miles of flowy stuff .

It's quite a bit further to Afan. Have you been to Cwmcarn since the new trails went in? Either centre has great riding.
