We are off down to my dads soon and we are being sent off on our bikes for the day so that they can [s]spoil Ted rotten[/s] look after Ted on his own for the day. Can anyone recommend any good routes in the area? looking for about 20ish miles. if anyone has a tracklogs route then can send it would be good.

Thanks!

We were walking around Bignor Hill last weekend, lots of bridleways and part of South Downs Way, plenty of bikers about, saw what looked like some cheeky singletrack in woods too.

Right there are some routes here that I have used with groups over the last few weeks.

They are in .mmo format and.pdf, but can be converted using GPS Babel

Enjoy!

Ooo, may use some of those myself, only up the road in Billingshurst, but I've yet to go south on my MTB - always head up to the Surrey Hills!

@daveagiles - thanks for these. We've been walking there twice recently, nice and dry last weekend and new lambs in the fields. Stunning. Time for an excursion with the bike.

very kind of you dave360, but we're there mid week not on a weekend - if that's any good to you, drop me an email, it's on my profile.

daveagiles, thanks for the link, we'll have a look on there tonight.

I brought the map of the east Dean route with us but forgot to check which way round, so should it be clockwise or anti? Thanks!
