I need a new toy to chuck spare parts on to. Currently use the Pickenflick as a road bike (although I did take it to the HONC) and a Cotic X that's been my rough stuff bike for the last 6 years. What's out there that's fairly cheap? Frame only. I suppose a nicer version of the X but not steel. Must take 40mm Nanos!
I have no problems with Planet X but before I click on a Full Monty I thought I ask around.

Forgot Sonder and Pinnacles seem to be written off as dull. Want some thing that feels racey, which to some extent, I know, doesn't come with big tyre clearance and cheapish.

And those Sonder colours. Even worse than Boardman or the Full Monty
