Suggestions of who to go with?

Fs frame so has a shock fitted (will let pressure out) frame needs to be insured for about £150.

Any info appreciated guys. Never sent a frame/bike before.

Parcel Force have been best for parcels tha size whenever I've needed to send one. Prices start around £12 (insurance probably increases that) and you can even get Quidco 🙂

Recently shipped a complete bike to U.K. from Northern Ireland with insurance via Parcelforce an eyewatering £93

Box it up, measure/weigh and parcel2go will give you loads of online quotes for different options/couriers/delivery times/insurance etc. Then pick your poison, most are a total PITA if you need to claim though.
